Co-written by Andrea Ramolo, J3m, and myself, the beautiful music video directed by Dale Sood at Arthaus is now out on YouTube.
With support from Creative BC, I am bringing my mentor, Diamond certified Grammy nominated vocal producer Simone Torres, to Vancouver for a specialized vocal production workshop. Held at Monarch Studios, this workshop will be an in depth live vocal recording session, where Simone will teach advanced technical skills as well as the psychology of producing vocals.
I produced a very special Business of Songwriting panel for the British Columbia chapter of Women in Music. Held at Bryan Adams's legendary studio, The Warehouse, the evening consisted of in depth conversations and insights about the life of a songwriter in today's landscape. Featured panelists include: jazz musician and film composer, Mary Ancheta; Jenny Lea of hip hop girl group NADUH, and seasoned swoon rock artist Alexandria Maillot. Moderated by multi-hyphenate actor, musician and artist advocate, Kristina Lao.
